Hello Workbench Peeps!  Today’s episode is a return visit from the fabulous Joan Kling!  Joan is a Coach and Leader with a huge heart and deep well of wisdom and courage.  She has recently returned to San Diego after spending three years in the Bay Area.  We cover a lot of topics today, including our shared birthday and interest in coaching, her journey in pursuing a new career, a framework for growth that she’s developed, the importance of keeping “eyes on self,”  some of the tools she uses for her clients and her own development and a great story about luck and preparation intersecting in her life.
