Welcome back to Episode 12 where we talk about rebuilding after chaos.

Episode reflection: I talk a little about my struggle with preparing the previous episode – how it felt and what I realized.
We move on to the next chapter in which I talk about rebuilding and how it is comparable to a home renovation. We also talk about the four phases of my particular rebuilding process which include Envision, Demo, Rebuild, and Inhabit.
Envision: Why it is vitally important to pay attention to the little whispers that can lead to emerging interests.
Demo: The experience the Demo process, the ways this extended into all areas of my life and what came out of this time period.
Rebuild: The questions that need to be answered in order to complete the rebuilding process, and the continuum of feelings this can evoke.
Inhabit: The importance of enjoying the results while continuing to grow.
What’s next? The wealth of knowledge, resources and ideas that have been amassed to help others with their projects or builds – I want to share my experience in order to help others align with their true selves and chart their path forward.
