Wednesday Workbench #11

Navigating the Big Life Changes…

Hi all, and Happy Wednesday!

This issue of the WWB was inspired by a post I wrote in 2015 titled Change Management. I hope you enjoy the updated version and can put the ideas to use for your change initiatives – at work, in business or in your personal life.

NEWSLETTER LINK HERE

In other news, lately I’m working to expand my reach by introducing/sharing the newsletter with a wider audience. To do this, I’ve partnered with a designer to build a better, more impactful product. We collaborated on the newsletter design, and she’s helping me to define my brand and build my social media presence. She’s responsible for the newsletter logo and also for putting some wind in my sails – introducing me to Canva and making a thoughtful presence on IG possible. Thank you Kim for what you’ve helped create!

Managing Expectations
As a mostly solo creator, it has been an ongoing challenge to define and focus on the most important goals. Every day, I do battle with my expectations, because there is SO MUCH I’d like to create, but the constraint of time necessitates focus. So, in January, while spinning around and trying to do too much, I decided to focus on one thing to deliver on a consistent basis. I had long wanted to offer a weekly newsletter, and knew that I could sustainably create and deliver this product. Now, eleven issues later, momentum is building. And the intention for the WWB is to share an impactful set of ideas to inspire you, to put wind in your sails. This is what’s been on my Workbench: building more content, asking for help, and working towards consistency. I’m curious: What are you working on?

A closing thought: We can only improve when the people around us lift us up with their kind and candid feedback. This Workbench is for all of us working towards growth and fulfillment. How can The Workbench serve your needs better? Let me know at Kau@kristinaau.com.

All the best to you!
